The Prefectorial Board comprises students from Grades X–XII selected by merit, leadership qualities, and commitment to school ethos. Members hold designated roles across academics, co-curricular activities, sports, discipline, and student welfare — positions that are far more than ceremonial titles.

"Education prepares children for their future roles as responsible and compassionate citizens, and the Student Council serves as an important platform that enables them to actively participate in a structured partnership with teachers, peers, and the school management."

The board works with four houses — Ajit Hanwant Sardar Umaid — to foster a spirit of healthy competition, collaboration, discipline, and camaraderie.
